Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Skills to demonstrate offering on phone and email.
  • Pitch the Products to the Prospective Customers & make the closures.
  • Monitor and analyze current market conditions for clients.
  • Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
  • Prepare the report on the daily basis.
  • Achieve daily Call targets & weekly Sales targets.
  • Update the CRM on regular basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Must have marketing skills as well as convincing power.
  • Must have great attention to details and customer service;
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Must have targeted approach.
