Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good relationship between existing and new clients.
- Handling delivery of new sales projects (after sales).
- Responsible for the delivery the project on real time basis.
- Handling and addressing all the queries and grievances of the clients
- Co-ordinating and updating the project status to clients and management on real time basis.
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Experience in Key accounts management is preferred
- Experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales/or post sales/ or customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales field

- US Market experience
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
